Tino is the Head of Learning & Development for Pinnacle Treatment Centers, a healthcare organization that offers comprehensive addiction recovery services. With his over 20+ years in adult education and corporate training, he’s led national and global training operations for high-volume lighthouse brands across industries. While attending Johnson & Wales University, a renowned culinary and hospitality school in Providence, RI, he got his start in the industry by waiting tables and cooking in family restaurants. He blames his love for the hospitality field on a misspent youth watching Love Boat and Fantasy Island. Tino has always believed that meaningful change happens when people are given the right tools and support to succeed. In learning about Kitchens for Good and its Mission and Vision, he naturally felt passionate about getting involved. “Joining the Board gives me the ability to help people in need and to give back to the industry and community I love.”
