Hiring Process

Our three-round interview process gives you the opportunity to demonstrate why you’re the best fit for Kitchens for Good and why Kitchens for Good is your ideal employer. The first interview may be done over the phone or through a video platform called Spark Hire, which allows you to record the interview at a time that’s convenient for you. After that, we invite qualified candidates to come meet our team in person for the final two interviews.

Candidates who successfully complete the final two interviews may be asked to provide three professional references for us to contact. Once we have completed the reference check the selected candidate will receive an offer of employment.*
