This issue celebrates the first anniversary of Kitchens for Good SHOP in Pacific Beach, updates to our Apprenticeship programs, including a new Baking cohort and an enhanced Hospitality curriculum. As well as the exciting news about our new Micro-enterprise program. This also received a jump start of $35,000 from Parker Pike who we spotlight, and highlight an Apprentice Larry who has started his own vanilla extract business.
