AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator Fellow
Nina oversees Kitchens for Good’s volunteer program. Her responsibilities include recruiting an engaged volunteer base, and expanding the food rescue and hunger relief meal programs. Holtz is thrilled to work with Kitchens for Good and design volunteer opportunities that expand its community and maximize program capacity. Nina studied Environmental Studies and Leadership Studies (INVST) at the University of Colorado. Over the last five years, Nina has served in various social work, research, and administrative roles in the nonprofit sector, collaborating with organizations like Social Venture Partners BC, Bridge House, Boulder Food Rescue, and Out Boulder. Holtz has a background in food rescue, participatory research, and direct care counseling.
