Human Resources and Office Manager
Having spent 14 years in the finance industry, Juanita was responsible for directing branch operations which consisted of mitigating risk, talent and development, and employee relations. Earning her degree in Human Resource Management, Juanita utilized her skills, knowledge, and education to transition into the HR field.
Prior to working for Kitchens for Good, Juanita provided HR support as a HR Generalist at the Salvation Army. Having found a real purpose and satisfaction working within the non-profit sector, Juanita has a passion for training, coaching, and development geared towards supporting the needs of the organization and the community it serves.
