Favorite part of your day: I adore the morning check-in questions with the apprentices and KFG staff. Every day we start the same with rate how you’re feeling this morning on a 1-10 scale and then the question of the day.
Most unusual food you’ve tried: With our Fish Day and our Fishmonger going through all the parts of processing a fish. I now can say that I enjoy the fish ‘chicken wings’! AKA their mouth/cheeks. It’s a very flavorful part of the fish that I never even thought I’d try or enjoy.
