Mari Scafidi

Operations Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mary brings her expertise in the overall operation of our Events and Catering.  The majority of her career was spent at the Town and Country Hotel & Convention Center where she was an integral part of all aspects of the facilities operations.  Spending over18 years in the Catering Department, she brings a wealth of knowledge on the handling all types of events.  Her passion for people and hospitality, along with her love of Kitchen’s for Good’s mission, helps to create memorable experiences for all of our clients.

Mary was born in Michigan and moved to the California sunshine in the early 80’s, where she met her husband and has raised four sons.  She loves to spend time with her family and friends, working in the garden, good long walks, and food…especially candy!
