Sally is a seasoned operations leader who has a passion for operational excellence – fascinated by processes and appreciative of the people who bring it all to life.
As a senior operations leader, she has led diverse teams in dynamic, multi-unit environments in hospitality, service and fulfillment industries, achieving best-in-class results, while elevating customer experience and employee engagement.
In her most recent role with Marriott International, Sally led the overall operational excellence strategy for the Americas (US + Canada) Division, providing direction and leadership in developing a consolidated program across the continent. She led a high performing operations team deployed to conduct innovative process improvement initiatives impacting all areas of hotel operations, improving the guest experience and financial performance.
Sally holds a B.A. in Business Analysis – Production/Operations Management from Texas A&M University. She is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Kaizen Sensei, and an overall Gemba geek. She currently resides in Del Cerro with her husband, Jeff and active pup, Dublin.
Note: Sally has volunteered extensively with KFG as the organization worked increase operational efficiencies and meal production.
