Chuck has worked for over 45 years in the Food and Beverage Industry working his way up from dishwasher to Executive Chef, award winning Restaurateur, Caterer, and Hospitality Consultant. Prior to launching Kitchens for Good, Chuck served as the Senior Manager of Food Services at Stone Brewing Company. The idea for Kitchens for Good came to him several years ago while seeing how much produce was being thrown away at a local organic market. For five years he has volunteered at local hunger relief charities including Just Call Us Kitchen and Feeding America. Chuck Samuelson is member of the Assiniboine tribe and was raised on the reservation in northeast Montana.
