General Manager for Centerplate
Gabriel “Bobby” Ramirez is a General Manager for Centerplate whose responsibilities include overseeing the procurement, production, preparation, service and sale of food and refreshments at the San Diego Convention Center.
Bobby has over thirty years in the industry starting in El Paso, Texas. Fifteen of those years in San Diego as a Supervisor, Manager, Director, and now General Manager of Food and Beverage. He is a resourceful problem solver with the proven ability to prioritize multiple projects at once and to maintain focus under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate daily schedules
Bobby has several certifications and trainer credentials in the Food and Beverage Industry, along with a Business Education from the University of Texas at El Paso.
