Event and Sales Supervisor

As a San Diego native, Victoria has successfully navigated the hospitality industry in and around southern California for more than a decade. Known for her successful sales records at corporations such as Souplantation and Dave & Buster’s, Victoria is passionate about the customer experience and prides herself on building strong relationships with her clientele.

Victoria’s catering career began in 2010 as a Catering and Sales Manager at Souplantation where she worked closely with the company’s operations manager, learning the ins and outs their multi-million dollar operation. Souplantation’s association with non-profit groups and commitment to giving back to the local community is a mission Victoria feels strongly about and a core value she carries with her every day.

Looking to run larger events and lead her own team, Victoria found herself at the Steele Canyon Golf Club in 2014. As the Director of Food and Beverage Operations, Wedding and Event Sales, she has more than doubled their annual event sales, all the while elevating her team’s commitment to excellence. Her weddings at Steele Canyon are booked nearly a year in advance and bride’s marvel at her level of service.

Feeding her desire to help others, Victoria has discovered Kitchens for Good. As a consultant for Dave & Buster’s, an Event Sales Manager at the 94th Aero Squadron, Victoria sees her vast understanding, involvement and exposure in San Diego’s hospitality industry as a unique opportunity to move forward; a foundation to help alleviate the cycle of hunger and poverty and support positive change in her own local community.
