AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator Fellow
Nina’s role is to develop the infrastructure for Kitchens for Good’s Volunteer Program, recruit and recognize an engaged volunteer base, and expand KFG’s food rescue and meal production. Passionate about restorative justice and systemic change, Nina is thrilled to design volunteer programs that expand Kitchens for Good’s community, maximize its capacity, and galvanize inspiration. Holtz studied Environmental Studies and Leadership Studies (INVST) at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Over the last five years, Nina has served in various social work, research, and administrative roles at Colorado-based nonprofits and social enterprises. Holtz has a background in food rescue, participatory research, and direct care counseling.
